Access TFB Account Application and Agreement.

The Farmers Bank provides this agreement as an addendum to the Deposit Account Terms and Conditions for the purpose of Internet banking and deposit account relationships provided by The Farmers Bank.

The Farmers Bank agrees to provide with access through your personal computer to your accounts, which you requested to have set up by the bank. You understand and agree that The Farmers Bank will not be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with your use of the Internet Banking services or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if The Farmers Bank, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses. Hyperlinks to internet resources are at your own risk; the content, accuracy, opinions expressed and other links provided by these resources are not investigated, verified, monitored or endorsed by The Farmers Bank.

The Farmers Bank and you agree that The Farmers Bank provides the information and materials through the Internet Services including the text, graphics, links or other items, "as is" or "as available." The Farmers Bank does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of this information and materials and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in this information and materials. No warranty of any kind, implied, express or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from computer virus, is given in conjunction with the information and materials.

This Agreement covers the following services:

• Account inquiries
• Secure messages
• Electronic transfers

To the extent that the Deposit Agreement and Disclosure and any amendments that may occur in the future contradicts any terms of the Internet Banking Agreement, the Deposit Agreement and Disclosure shall control. If any account for which Internet Banking services are provided is a joint account, the account owner warrants that he or she is authorized to act on behalf of all joint account owners.
